When a customer emails you for help with their purchase and you reply quickly using conversational grammar: They’ll really appreciate it and put more trust on you, even if there are times that you couldn’t solve their problem.

One personal take-away from the book Rework: People can clone your code and your business, but they can’t clone you and your relationships. Businesses, and as with all things in this world, are always about authentic relationships.
